ARTIST IN RESIDENCE WEEK 2017
To promote the Art being an important part in our kid’s education, the Ames PTA sponsors every year the Artist In Residence Week. During this week, an artist comes to our school and creates a work of art with every kid at Ames contributing to it.From March 20th. to March 24th, Shawn Vincent from the Riverside Arts Center will be creating a clay mural that will be installed on a wall at Ames School.We are looking for parent volunteers to participate on this project.When you go to sign up, you will see a schedule of all the classes, look for your child’s teacher in parenthesis.If you have any questions please contact Flavio Gonzalez at mexrish4@gmail.com
