Family Reading Night
When: Monday Sept. 12th from 6:30-7:30
Where: Ames School gym
Who: All students, caregivers and siblings are encouraged to attend
Why? Because READING is FUN!
Please come in your comfy clothes, or even your pjs and get ready to read together as a family or quietly on your own. Feel free to bring a blanket or pillow too!
New this year:
Students: You are invited to bring 1-3 age/grade appropriate books to pass along to a friend. We hope you will leave with a similar book, but this is a very informal swap.
Parents: We will have a book swap table for us too so bring a book or two that you enjoyed and would like to pass along. Its great to show our children we are excited about reading too!
All: Please write a sentence or two about why you liked the book on a post it note and attach it to the cover.
