What?  Bi-annual social and fundraiser (Ames community, food, drinks, music, cash raffle & silent auction)

Where?  Paisans Pizzeria, 6226 W Ogden Ave, Berwyn

When?  Friday, November 3, 2017 from 7-11pm

Why?  To raise money for Cultural Arts programs at Ames…a tradition that started 21 years ago!

 

Invitations will come home with your child the week of Oct 9. In the meantime, save the date and find a sitter! We are working with the PAV YMCA to offer a “Kids Night Out” in conjunction with the Fall Festival. We hope to have more information for you soon.

If you have an item or service to donate to the Silent Auction, please email Kim Marrero. Examples of past donations from parents include: week(end) stay at a vacation home, tickets to a athletic or fine arts event, gift certificate from employer, complimentary landscaping, interior decorating or babysitting services. 

Your child will be asked to sell raffle tickets for the Cash Raffle. This information will come home with your child the week of Oct 9.

Help is needed now and the night of the event. Volunteer here!
