Dear Ames Parents,

The Fall Festival is a biennial Ames PTA fundraiser held to support our Cultural Arts programs for all students, which includes enhanced music and art programming, a variety of field trips and the Artist-in- Residence program.
This casual and exciting night out includes food, drinks, a raffle and a silent auction!

We will be sending out invitations soon. In the meantime, we NEED your help in making this fundraiser our best ever.

Ways you can partner with the PTA on this event include:
  • Donating goods, services, gift certificates, and experiences to be sold in our Raffle Baskets or Silent Auction. All items, big and small, are appreciated. Donation ideas include event tickets, airline miles, hotel stays, or smaller items from your favorite shop or place to eat.
  • Contributing an item or service through your business or soliciting your employer for a donation to the silent auction. Businesses who donate will be listed on a banner that will hang at the event and in the school after the event and will be listed as a donor on the PTA website.
  • Volunteering to help solicit donors and/or to help the night of the fall festival.
