ACTION! Casablanca Debuts This Week
The actors, stage crew and directors involved in Hauser Jr. High School’s presentation of Casablanca have been working very hard, putting the finishing touches on their rendition of the movie made famous by Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman. Performances will take place this Tuesday, March 23, and Wednesday, March 24, 2010, at 7 p.m. at the school, 65 Woodside Road, Riverside. The free performances are open to the public, so bring your friends and family to support these hard-working people!

It’s time to start POPPING those pop tops for
Ronald McDonald House!

It’s easy and fun!
1. Find a pop can, cat food can, fruit can or any can with a pop top.
2. Pop that top right off
3. Drop your pop top right in the pop top box that went home with Ames students the week of March 15th.
4. Return your full pop top box to Ames School on Wednesday, May 5, 2010. The class that collects the MOST pop tops wins a McDonald’s Lunch!!

So get popping!
All proceeds from the pop top collection will go directly to Ronald McDonald House; a home away from home for families of hospitalized children.

Just a reminder that the St. Patrick’s Day Assembly will take place Wednesday, March 17th from 2pm to 3pm in the school gym. The performance will feature Ms. Orr’s Famous Irish Dancers and Mrs. Lauritsen will lead each class as they sing Irish songs. Friends and family are welcome to attend and may sit in the bleachers.
